Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Begins AI, including our websites, authenticated app, editor, templates, AI generation tools, collaboration features, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing the app, using a template, generating assets, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you are using Begins AI for a company, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Each person should use their own account.

Teams may include owners, admins, editors, viewers, and other roles. Team owners and admins may manage members, billing, permissions, workspaces, and content connected to that team.

If you join a team using a work or organization email, the organization may control the team workspace and the content stored in that workspace.

You keep ownership of content you upload, create, or import into Begins AI, including brand materials, prompts, images, text, files, project data, and generated project outputs, subject to any third-party rights that may apply.

You grant Begins AI the permissions needed to host, process, display, reproduce, modify, transmit, and store your content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights required to upload or use any content, including logos, photos, fonts, product images, brand assets, and third-party materials.

Begins AI helps generate brand styles, creative concepts, social posts, ads, presentations, campaign assets, and related visual materials. AI output can be inaccurate, similar to existing content, or unsuitable for a particular use without review.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing, exporting, or using it commercially. This includes checking brand accuracy, factual claims, intellectual property rights, advertising compliance, and any platform rules that apply.

AI features may use your prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and related context to provide the requested generation, enforce policy, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality as described in our Privacy Policy.

Begins AI may provide templates, examples, design elements, presets, and sample content. Some assets may be owned by Begins AI, creators, licensors, or other third parties.

Unless a separate license says otherwise, you may use templates and assets made available in the service to create your own projects in Begins AI. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or package templates or assets as a standalone library.

Creator or marketplace templates may include additional creator attribution, availability, plan access, or license restrictions.

You may not use Begins AI to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, generate deceptive or harmful content, distribute malware, scrape the service, interfere with security, or attempt to access accounts, projects, or systems you are not authorized to use.

You may not use Begins AI to create content that promotes illegal activity, targeted harassment, discrimination, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or other abusive behavior.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused or these terms are being violated.

Paid plans, resource limits, seats, renewal terms, and AI credits are described on the Pricing page or in the app. We may update plan names, limits, features, or prices from time to time.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms, checkout flows, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment method rules may also apply.

AI credits and usage-based resources may be consumed when generation or processing begins, even if you later discard the result. Unused credits may expire or reset according to the plan or purchase terms shown at checkout.

Begins AI and its service, interface, software, design systems, workflows, templates, brand marks, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Begins AI technology to you. You receive a limited right to use the service according to these terms and your plan.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used to improve Begins AI without restriction or compensation to you.

Begins AI may integrate with third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, AI processing, payments, email, analytics, or content delivery. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we choose vendors that are needed to operate and improve Begins AI.

You may stop using Begins AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service in a way that could cause legal or security harm.

After termination, some data may be retained for legal, security, billing, backup, audit, and operational reasons as described in our Privacy Policy.

Begins AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI output will be accurate, unique, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Begins AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these terms as the product, plans, laws, and operations change. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
